Spa Associate Front Desk Sales
Location: Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa North Point Village
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise specializing in massage facials and hair removal services. With over 550 individually owned and operated locations across the U.S. and Canada we are a leader in the membership-based spa services industry.
We are looking for a friendly motivated and sales-driven Spa Associate to join our team! This role is perfect for someone passionate about customer service and wellness with a strong desire to succeed in a sales-focused environment. No spa experience No problemwell train you!

What Youll Do
- Achieve membership sales goals (commission experience helpful but not required).
- Build client and member relationships offering personalized service recommendations.
- Learn and understand our full menu of services (well train you).
- Deliver excellent customer service to all guests and members.
- Communicate sales promotions and spa offerings with confidence.
- Maintain spa cleanliness standards.
- Answer phones schedule appointments and complete administrative tasks.
- Support the spa team by contributing to overall success.
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability (our spa is open 7 days a week)
