What Youll Do:
- Welcome and assist customers on the lot and in the showroom
- Provide product knowledge and guide guests through the buying process
- Deliver a professional transparent and enjoyable car-buying experience
- Stay up to date on current promotions inventory and Kia programs
- Work with teammates and managers to exceed sales goals
- Maintain ongoing communication to build lasting customer relationships
What Were Looking For:
- Positive energetic attitude and excellent communication skills
- Prior automotive or retail sales experience helpful but not required
- A drive to learn compete and succeed in a fast-moving environment
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Organized detail-oriented and dependable
- Bilingual skills a plus!

Requirements:
- Automotive sales or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to succeed in a team-driven high-volume dealership
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Valid CA Occupational Sales License (or ability to obtain)
