Barista Food & Beverage Attendant

At Hilton Auckland our Food & Beverage team plays a vital role in creating memorable guest experiences across our restaurants bars room service banquets and in-hotel cafés. We are currently seeking a Barista who will also support general Food & Beverage Attendant duties across our outlets.

What will I be doing

As a Barista / Food & Beverage Attendant you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while also contributing to the wider food and beverage service across the hotel. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining knowledge of outlet menus including seasonal offerings and promotions
• Keeping your service area clean organised and well-stocked
• Supporting food and beverage service in restaurants bars banquets and room service
• Receiving orders and serving guest requests across various outlets
• Efficiently managing guest transactions and account settlements
• Answering guest queries in a friendly and helpful manner

• Assisting with setup pack-down and general service duties as required

• Experience in preparing espresso-based beverages and maintaining coffee equipment

• Motivation to learn grow and master new skills

• A neat and tidy appearance with pride in presentation

• Basic knowledge of food hygiene drink service (including alcoholic beverages) and complaint handling
• Familiarity with electronic ordering systems POS operations and cash handling
