Location: Sofia Bulgaria (Hybrid)
Schedule: Full-time Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00

About the Role:
We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our Sofia team. Provide professional assistance via phone email and chat ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage. This hybrid role offers excellent opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Spanish fluency (spoken & written)

  • Good English for internal communication

  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills

  • Customer-focused with attention to detail

  • Previous customer support/service experience a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and issues efficiently

  • Assist with product and service questions

  • Document interactions accurately

  • Ensure a positive customer experience

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary up to 2000 BGN target bonus

  • 50 BGN/month transport & internet allowance
