Location: Sofia Bulgaria (On-site; hybrid option after 6 months)
Schedule: MonFri 09:0021:00 (8-hour shifts)
Start Date: 13 October 2025

About the Role:
Join our B2C team as a Customer Support Specialist! Support German- and English-speaking customers via phone and email providing accurate empathetic and professional assistance. The role begins on-site with the possibility of hybrid work after 6 months based on performance.

Requirements:

  • German C1 (fluent) & English B1/B2

  • Customer service/B2C experience a plus

  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills

  • Flexibility to work shifts on-site in Sofia

Compensation & Benefits:
