What Youll Do:
As a key player in our sales team you will:

Drive new business growth by managing a high volume of inbound and outbound B2B sales activities across phone email video calls and social media outreach.

Identify decision-makers and engage alternative contacts using tools like Sales Navigator and other lead generation methods.
-
Build and nurture a strong sales pipeline guiding prospects through every stage of the funnel.

Qualify leads and ensure a smooth handover to the onboarding team for continued customer success.

Track performance metrics daily monthly and quarterly to meet and exceed sales targets.
-
Stay organized by accurately documenting interactions in Salesforce (or a similar CRM) while meeting defined SLAs and sales cadences.
What Were Looking For:
Youll thrive in this role if you have:

Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) plus English.

2.5 years of B2B sales experience ideally in tech SaaS or digital advertising.

Strong knowledge of business development lead generation and qualification methodologies.
-
A proven track record of spotting high-potential opportunities and growing customer investments over time.
-
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently.

Comfort in a fast-paced evolving IT sales environment.

Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Bonus: Knowledge of digital advertising is a plus!
