As a Talent Acquisition Partner in Brazil youll go beyond transactional recruiting to drive strategic hiring outcomes. Youll collaborate closely with business leaders influence hiring decisions and shape candidate experiences that reflect our commitment to excellence and inclusion. Key Responsibilities
Utilize AI-powered recruiting tools such as to identify and engage talent in Brazil and global markets
Build and nurture diverse and inclusive talent pipelines across technical and non-technical roles
Develop personalized messaging strategies that attract top-tier professionals
Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand team needs and craft effective hiring strategies
Ensure job postings are compelling inclusive and aligned with Genesys brand and hiring standards
Stay current on market trends our product landscape and business priorities to enhance recruiting effectiveness
Guide hiring teams on best practices related to interviewing selection and candidate engagement
Maintain accuracy and compliance in Workday ATS throughout the hiring process
Collaborate on employer branding initiatives especially through social media and content engagement
Actively contribute to team projects that enhance recruitment innovation and operational excellence
Requirements
Strong communication skills in both Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus)
Ability to work in a hybrid model (23 days per week onsite in São Paulo)
Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting or direct search experience preferably in the tech sector
Proficiency in sourcing passive talent and understanding local market dynamics
Experience working with stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones
Proactive and strategic mindset with the ability to influence outcomes
Demonstrated ability to drive inclusion through recruiting practices
Experience using Workday or similar ATS platforms (Workday experience preferred)
Comfortable working in a high-paced evolving SaaS environment
Strong social media presence and understanding of content engagement for recruitment
Awareness of Brazilian labor laws and hiring compliance standards
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience recruiting in a global or matrixed organization
Experience sourcing for niche technical roles in Latin America
Familiarity with employer branding tools or recruitment marketing platforms
