We are actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Assertive Community Treatment Directorto join our team Full-time. This role is essential to our mission providing therapy crisis support and service coordination for mental health clients in a variety of settings. As a Assertive Community Treatment Director with Carolina Outreach you will provide clinical and administrative supervision for the ACT program.

Position Description:

  • Provide strategic clinical leadership and oversight of ACT programs ensuring staff maintain appropriate credentials training and supervision to deliver high-quality services.

  • Supervise and mentor ACT Team Leads and clinical staff providing individual and group supervision case consultation and professional development guidance.

  • Collaborate with leadership to plan and implement organizational development quality improvement and growth initiatives related to ACT service delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with state and agency standards through timely performance evaluations supervision documentation and implementation of corrective or developmental action plans as needed.

  • Foster collaboration communication and partnership across teams and with community stakeholders to support effective service delivery and continuity of care.

Location: Will oversee all Carolina Outreach ACT Teams including Durham Raleigh Fayetteville and Charlotte

*Final compensation is determined by factors such as education licensure level experience and other qualifications.

Position Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in counseling social work or psychology and one-year experience in direct practice working with clients with mental health and/or substance use issues.
  • Must hold a current license provisional license certificate registration or permit issued by the governing board regulating a human service profession. (i.e LCSW/A LCMHC/A)
  • One year of management experience preferred.
