We are actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Assertive Community Treatment Directorto join our team Full-time. This role is essential to our mission providing therapy crisis support and service coordination for mental health clients in a variety of settings. As a Assertive Community Treatment Director with Carolina Outreach you will provide clinical and administrative supervision for the ACT program.

Position Description:
Provide strategic clinical leadership and oversight of ACT programs ensuring staff maintain appropriate credentials training and supervision to deliver high-quality services.
Supervise and mentor ACT Team Leads and clinical staff providing individual and group supervision case consultation and professional development guidance.
Collaborate with leadership to plan and implement organizational development quality improvement and growth initiatives related to ACT service delivery.
Ensure compliance with state and agency standards through timely performance evaluations supervision documentation and implementation of corrective or developmental action plans as needed.
Foster collaboration communication and partnership across teams and with community stakeholders to support effective service delivery and continuity of care.

Location: Will oversee all Carolina Outreach ACT Teams including Durham Raleigh Fayetteville and Charlotte
*Final compensation is determined by factors such as education licensure level experience and other qualifications.
Position Qualifications
- Masters Degree in counseling social work or psychology and one-year experience in direct practice working with clients with mental health and/or substance use issues.
- Must hold a current license provisional license certificate registration or permit issued by the governing board regulating a human service profession. (i.e LCSW/A LCMHC/A)
- One year of management experience preferred.
