Job Summary

The Retail Manager will direct and supervise the team and day-to-day operations in the retail department ensuring consistent quality service in the retail environment and realizing the profitability potential of the business by developing and maintaining a base of satisfied clients.

Responsibilities

Coordinates and oversees the day-to-day workflow of the retail team
Manages the departmental performance identifying and facilitating opportunities to increase sales.
Identifies training needs and opportunities; develops and implements a plan for meeting those needs.
Maintains and develops positive relationships with existing and prospective clients demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other team members.
Promote Poolwerx home services
Inventory management activities for mobile and retail.
Provide accurate technical and sales services including water testing and chemical equipment solutions.
Work with the service team to quote schedule order parts and bill repairs.
Maintain Poolwerx operating standards and systems including merchandise displays and adhere to OSHA policies & procedures.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in the pool industry preferred

Our United States operations are headquartered in our 10000 square foot state-of-the-art training facility and support center in Dallas TX. We currently operate over 30 retail stores and over 190 service vans across eight states in the U.S.
