Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant must be a detailed-oriented person with a heart to serve at Cornerstone Chapel and the ability to work efficiently in a changing environment. This individual will demonstrate the fruit of the Spirit in all interactions with congregants volunteers and or shewill seek to perform all duties as unto the Lord relying on the Holy Spirit for guidance and completing all tasks with excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 required; 21 preferred
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelors degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role preferred

- Quick learner
- Public relations skills
- Highly organized
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Problem solver
- Efficient worker able to complete tasks in a timely manner
Technologies
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
Physical Capabilities
- Able to walk and stand for prolonged periods
- Able to work in an office environment often at a computer workstation
- Able to perform prolonged seated desk work at a computer

Job Functions and Tasks
Essential Functions
- Works alongside the Director of CCBI and Assistant Pastor to support the ministries
- Effectively communicates with manager concerning any needs issues or concerns
- Communicates effectively with congregants CCBI students and staff
- Operates office equipment such as computers printers/copiers and phone systems
- Collects credit card receipts and expense information from managers and submits to accounting for review
- Creates maintains and enters information into reports and databases
- Collects information and coordinates events/meetings
- Assists in enrollment of CCBI students
- Ensures class curriculummaterials and supplies are organized
- Coordinates the volunteer pipeline for the ministries
- Provides assistance and support to K-group leaders and K-group attendees
- Aids in the preparation of K-group discussion materials
