What does the position involve

We are currently looking for someone to join our team and work with our clients. Youll be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities for various clients. We are looking for an enthusiastic Finnish-speaking individual who is well-acquainted with the cultural landscape of Finlands businesses. Youll be part of an international team of consultants who are always ready to support youand we never forget to have fun together!

At the moment were hiring for one position but this ad also serves as an application for our candidate pool. If additional opportunities arise we will reach out and offer you a position.

Who are you

  • You have proven experience in B2B prospecting and inside sales (especially in the IT/technology industry).
  • You know how to generate interest and book qualified sales opportunities through cold outreach - especially over the phone.
  • A self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and a drive for success.
  • Able to engage potential leads and book qualified appointments on behalf of our customers.
  • You know how to open doors and create real sales opportunities.
  • Comfortable working independently and handling multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Fluent in Finnish language (both written and spoken) and professional proficiency in English.
  • Eager to learn and grow.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where we deliver top-notch services to clients daily.
  • Available to work as a freelancer (invoicing monthly).
