Job Title: Senior Software Engineer (Agentic AI & GenAI)

We are looking for two experienced engineers to join the Glean team focused on building next-generation Agentic AI solutions. This role will be instrumental in designing developing and deploying intelligent agents that integrate with enterprise systems and leverage GenAI capabilities to deliver seamless employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement Agentic AI architectures using Glean OpenAI and other LLM platforms.
Build and optimize multi-agent workflows for HR IT and enterprise support use cases.
Integrate with Azure and GCP cloud services including APIs storage and identity management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define specifications data contracts and deployment pipelines.
Contribute to the evolution of our GenAI platform including prompt engineering context management and feedback loops.
Ensure scalability security and performance of AI-driven services in production.

Required Skills & Experience

5 years of software engineering experience with at least 1 2 years in Agentic AI or LLM-based systems.
Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript.
Experience with OpenAI APIs LangChain or similar frameworks.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
Solid understanding of API design RESTful services and JSON-based data exchange.
Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment with evolving priorities.
