Job Description:
Customer Technical Service
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and technical issues.
Provide timely and effective troubleshooting support escalating as needed.
Document track and resolve customer cases ensuring clear communication and a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering Sales Product) to resolve issues and improve customer outcomes.
Contribute to the creation of support resources (FAQs knowledge base articles process guides).
Internal Systems & Process Improvement
Support the team in optimizing internal workflows tools and knowledge-sharing systems.
Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Assist in testing and deploying new internal tools software or automation solutions.
Partner with colleagues to document best practices and maintain process guidelines.
KPI/Dashboard & Portfolio Data Management
Assist in the collection organization and maintenance of performance data across the customer portfolio.
Update dashboards and reporting tools used to track KPIs.
Provide insights and reporting support for management reviews and decision-making.
