Join us as an Accounts Support Officer and bring meaningful change through governance reporting and process improvement projects.

What youll do

In this hybrid project-focused role youll play a key part in enhancing finance operations that support AnglicareSAs essential programs and community services.

Youll be part of a friendly values-based team where collaboration and initiative are encouraged and your work makes a real impact.

Working under the guidance of the Manager Accounts youll support strategic initiatives that increase transparency reduce risk and improve the experience of both internal and external stakeholders.

Your focus will be on strengthening governance and streamlining finance processes particularly across corporate credit card management.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on structure process improvements and making meaningful change through projects.

Youll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:

  • Supporting the governance and compliance of corporate credit card activities across the organisation
  • Assisting with timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Helping maintain client accounts and follow up on outstanding invoices
  • Providing general financial admin and project support across the Finance portfolio

What youll bring

To thrive in this role you will have:

  • Experience in finance project administration or process improvement support
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and experience using finance/accounting systems
  • Exceptional organisation attention to detail and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Confidence in analysing data and preparing reports to support decision-making
  • A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

We would also love you to have:

  • Qualifications in Business Administration Finance or similar (desirable but not essential).
  • Experience with credit card systems invoice reconciliation and financial reporting
  • A positive team-focused mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
