Aloha! Join Us in Mililani Memorial Park and Mortuary as a Managing Partner of Operations!
Were looking for a passionate and driven funeral home and cemetery leader to lead our team on the beautiful island of Oahu HI. As a Managing Partner youll have the opportunity to make a lasting impactguiding our funeral home and cemetery operations with heart integrity and purpose. Youll champion the entrepreneurial spirit that defines our culture set meaningful goals and empower every team member to contribute to our shared success.
Some Responsibilities Include
- Lead and oversee funeral home and cemetery operations in Mililani
- Drive growth and profitability by meeting case volume and revenue goals
- Inspire and manage your team through our mission values and vision
- Organize and participate in community eventsholiday gatherings state memorial days and outreach to churches hospitals nursing homes and local centers
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in funeral and cemetery operations with a strong grasp of both sales and service
- Proven leadership skills in coaching developing and managing teams
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint)
Compensation
- Salary range of $125000- $140000/yr. plus a guaranteed first-year bonus
