Are you a dynamic and compassionate nursing leader ready to make a meaningful impact in mental health care Calvary Clinic is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our dedicated team in delivering high-quality person-centred care in our Mental Health Unit.

About the Role

At the Calvary Clinic we are committed to providing holistic care for individuals requesting support for their emotional and psychological care.This 13 bed mental health facility provides a holistic treatment framework of care that is structured but flexible in accommodating the needs of the client and carers. Calvary Clinic caters for clients requesting symptom reduction motivation learning new skills to improve well-being.

As Clinical Nurse Manager you will:

  • Lead and coordinate safe evidence-based care for patients and families.
  • Provide clinical leadership and foster a culture of excellence respect and innovation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Drive service development quality improvement and staff development initiatives.
  • Champion Calvarys values of healing hospitality stewardship and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support nursing staff including performance reviews and professional development.
  • Ensure clinical standards and safety practices are upheld.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote integrated care.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and budget management.
  • Promote community engagement and consumer participation.

What Youll Bring:

  • Registered Nurse with clinical experience in mental health
  • Postgraduate certificate in management mental health or related field (desirable).
  • Proven leadership in clinical settings and commitment to quality care.
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance risk and safety.
  • Alignment with Calvarys mission and values.
