How youll contribute:
Are you passionate about helping others regain their strength and mobility Were looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic care this role youll work under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist delivering personalized treatment plans that help patients recover maintain and improve their physical function.
- Implement individualized treatment plans using a variety of therapy techniques and modalities
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates or adjustments to the supervising therapist
- Document care services and patient outcomes with accuracy and clarity
- Educate patients and their caregivers about physical challenges and therapeutic goals
- Support discharge planning including equipment recommendations and community resource referrals
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of patient care
- Were looking for someone with strong communication skills clinical insight and a heart for patient-centered care. If youre ready to make a meaningful impact each day wed love to meet you.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Associates degree Required; Graduate of a Program in Discipline Required
- Physical Therapy Assistant in the State
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
