Looking to make a little extra income on the weekend Were seeking an experienced caregiver to join our team as a Weekend On-Call Caregiver! Youll earn a flat standby rate just for being available plus regular pay if you get called in. This role requires someone who is able and confident handling all types of care including personal care and complex cases. Its a great way to make extra income while making a difference in the lives of our clients.

This role is ideal for experienced flexible caregivers who are available over the weekend and can step in on short notice to provide quality care.

What Youll Do:

As a Weekend On-Call Caregiver youll be available to fill all shifts during your on-call window ensuring uninterrupted care for our clients.

On-Call Responsibilities:

• Be reachable and responsive (return missed calls/texts within 10 minutes)

• Willing to travel to any client within our service area

• Deliver care across all levels from companionship to hospice

• Be prepared to work all assigned weekend shifts

TypicalCaregiving Duties:

• Companionship and meaningful conversation

• Light housekeeping and laundry

• Meal planning and preparation

• Medication reminders

• Transportation (using clients or personal vehicle)

• Personal care (bathing grooming dressing toileting etc.)

• Daily documentation and prompt reporting of client change

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of caregiver experience CNA license or certification preferred
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Open availability on the weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of background check & drug screen
• Able to perform physical tasks & lift up to 50lbs
• Drivers License and Reliable transportation required
