Job Summary

Position: Financial Customer Service Representative

Assignment: Targeted Start Date in November (1-year assignment potential for extension)

Location: Pennington NJ

Pay Range: $19 - $21 hourly paid weekly.

(Exact compensation may vary based on skills experience and location. Base pay information is based on market location.)

Training Hours: Monday through Friday 9 AM - 5:30 PM EST (Will follow schedule selected at offer time once training is completed.)


Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced client-focused Customer Service Representatives to support either Health Benefits Solutions or Client Account Services (CAS) depending on business needs. This role involves assisting clients via phone and digital channels providing accurate and timely information and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume contact center environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Depending on the assigned area responsibilities may include:


Health Benefits Solutions Support:

  • Assist clients with Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) as part of employer-sponsored benefit plans.
  • Support inquiries such as: claim submissions debit card orders password resets and retrieving account statements.
  • Clearly explain benefits and resolve account-related questions and issues.


Client Account Services (CAS) Support:

  • Provide account maintenance support to Financial Advisors and Client Associates.
  • Assist with opening and updating investment accounts enrolling in new services and troubleshooting errors.
  • Offer guidance with system navigation form/document review and process clarification.


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (preferably in a call center financial or healthcare environment).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Word and PowerPoint.
  • Skilled in navigating multiple systems/screens while actively engaging clients and inputting accurate notes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including proper grammar and professional tone.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm and solution-focused while de-escalating complex or sensitive situations.
  • Flexible adaptable and capable of thriving under pressure in a high-volume fast-paced setting.
  • Receptive to feedback and open to continuous improvement and coaching.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Self-motivated with a positive team-oriented attitude.


Working Conditions:

  • May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels such as from office equipment.
  • The ability to lift up to 30lbs
  • Use of computers and technology
