Sodexo Live! is currently accepting applications for Hospitality Supervisor Quick Serve at the Mote Marine Laboratory and Aquarium Sarasota Florida
The Hospitality Supervisor - Quick Serve is responsible for ensuring that guests receive an exceptional level of service by supervising Quick Serve staff and supporting the Quick Serve operations at all points of sale. They will assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to Quick Serve Leads and will monitor servers as they provide a variety of pre-made or fresh-to-order snacks beverages and entrée items from Sodexo Lives Quick Serve menu. Their top priority will be to ensure that the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation are maintained.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
Required:
- 5 years of supervisory experience directing 20 plus employees.
- Must be able to communicate well with direct management clients and other staff.
- Follow all Sodexo Live! uniform and grooming standards.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Flexible working schedule includes nights weekends and holidays.
- Support staff and act as a role model in providing outstanding service to all
- Quick Serve customers.
NOTE: Other requirements will be discussed during the interview.
Job Type: Oncall Position
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00
Language: English (Required)
