Commercial Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Lines Producer to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in driving new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. As part of a mid-sized agency with a flexible work schedule and a collaborative company culture you will have the opportunity to work on a large market generalist book of business. This position offers a hybrid work environment allowing for a balance between in-office and remote work.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $45000 - $55000 (flexible based on experience) commissions

Responsibilities
- Identify pursue and close new business opportunities.
- Manage and grow a book of business with a focus on both renewals and new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their insurance needs are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional service and support.
- Utilize Applied Epic software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years in a similar role preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied Epic software is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
