Job Summary
- $25-$30 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing grooming and dressing
- Help with daily activities such as meal preparation medication reminders and light housekeeping
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Report any changes in clients health or behavior to the supervisor
- Follow the care plan outlined by the clients healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of services provided
- Communicate effectively with clients their families and the healthcare team
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
- Attend training and education programs to maintain and enhance CHHA certification
Requirements:
- Must be a certified CHHA in the state of California
- Prior experience in home health care or a similar setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
- Compassionate patient and understanding nature
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Must have current BLS certificate
- Physical and TB clearance valid within the year
- Ability to complete documentation via agency EMR system
SHIFTS:No more than 8 hours no holiday shifts
