Position Overview:
Bose Professional is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Technical Writer Co-op to join our Product Documentation team in Hopkinton MA for the Spring 2026 this role you will work with the Product Documentation Manager and Marketing Program Manager to ensure our product and technical documentation are updated and compliant with our company brand guidelines. You will be responsible for preparing documentation for print and web publication and executing document revision control.

Bose Professional is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Technical Writer Co-op to join our Product Documentation team in Hopkinton MA for the Spring 2026 this role you will work with the Product Documentation Manager and Marketing Program Manager to ensure our product and technical documentation are updated and compliant with our company brand guidelines. You will be responsible for preparing documentation for print and web publication and executing document revision control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update installation guides carton artwork product labels and technical documents to align with company brand guidelines.
- Utilize product lifecycle management system (Windchill) to ensure product documentation revision control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and design partners to ensure content accuracy and timely delivery of assets.
- Intake marketing asset files from the design partner and accurately load to the digital asset management system (Bynder).
- Prepare product documentation and marketing assets for print production and web publishing.
- Manage multilingual assets to ensure consistency across multiple languages (additional language proficiency is not required).
- Support Company objectives by completing additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors program in English Engineering Marketing or a related discipline at Northeastern University
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Acrobat)
- Experience with the development and management of production and marketing assets.
- Experience with technical writing development workflows and processes.
- Exposure to cross-functional projects and collaboration.
- Professional development in a corporate environment.
- Mentorship from experienced technical writing and project management professionals.
