Role Overview

As a Retail Channel Leader youll be the driving force behind our partnerships with National Retail Partners. Your mission is to generate high-value leads by promoting Closet Factorys value proposition at retail locations fostering strong relationships with partners and ensuring seamless collaboration. This role is ideal for a high-energy self-motivated professional who excels at relationship-building and thrives in a results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Retail Partner Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with District Managers Store Managers and floor sales representatives to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Brand Asset Utilization: Leverage Closet Factorys marketing tools business cards with QR codes brochures mobile showroom and more to maximize partner engagement.
• Education & Training: Train Retail Partner teams and Closet Factory designers on operational processes including Retail Partner portals and relationship management.
• Innovative Initiatives: Lead conference calls in-store/showroom training Zoom meetings specialty onsite events and award programs to recognize outstanding performance.
• Performance Tracking: Input and track all retail connections leads and performance metrics (Close Rate Average Sale Percent to Standard Payment Type) in Closet Factorys proprietary systems to ensure accuracy and accountability.
