What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing your own portfolio of property sales from offer to exchange and completion
• Liaising with vendors purchasers solicitors financial advisors and other agents
• Handling surveys renegotiations and client paperwork
• Ensuring regular communication and updates for clients throughout the process
• Maintaining accurate records and progress notes
• Promoting and up-selling recommended financial services and solicitors (earning additional rewards)

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Estate agency or property sales progression experience desirable (training available)
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work to deadlines
• Proactive motivated and results-driven attitude
• Good IT and administrative skills
