Job Summary

Essential duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Train motivate counsel and monitor the performance of all salespeople

  • Establishes annual and monthly objectives for unit sales gross profits expenses and operating profit

  • Monitors salesperson productivity and performance

  • Orders/acquires new and used-vehicle inventory

  • Displays merchandises and promotes new and used vehicles

  • Review market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs and volume potential and develop sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership

Qualifications:

  • High school or equivalent required

  • Two to four years of related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • State Sales License

  • Valid Drivers License with a good driving record

This position is located at Hondru Ford 300 South Main Street Manheim PA 17022
