Job Summary

Essential duties include but are not limited to the following:
Train motivate counsel and monitor the performance of all salespeople
Establishes annual and monthly objectives for unit sales gross profits expenses and operating profit
Monitors salesperson productivity and performance
Orders/acquires new and used-vehicle inventory
Displays merchandises and promotes new and used vehicles
Review market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs and volume potential and develop sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership
Qualifications:
High school or equivalent required
Two to four years of related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience
State Sales License
Valid Drivers License with a good driving record
