Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain and planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
Youll drive impactful change by setting processes and defining ways of working for material retro-planning when starting new projects. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (such as site stakeholders and the Västerås Services supply chain team) create awareness and implement Alstom standard processes for first material deliveries and lead all supply chain activities on-siteand much more.

Setting and defining supply chain processes in collaboration with stakeholders
Driving material retro-planning for new projects
Ensuring timely first material deliveries in alignment with Alstom standards
Leading all supply chain activities on-site
Building strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
Promoting awareness of Alstom supply chain processes and best practices
Identifying and mitigating risks in supply chain operations
Monitoring and reporting on supply chain performance metrics
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives for supply chain efficiency
Acting as a key liaison between the site and the site supply chain manager for Västerås Services.

Degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Industrial Engineering or a related field
Experience or understanding of project management and supply chain processes
Knowledge of material planning and procurement workflows.
Familiarity with supply chain optimization tools and methodologies

Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
Resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments
Continuous improvement mindset to drive process efficiency
Proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis tools
