Your Tasks
- Lead the development and execution of short and long term strategies for different customers that optimize profitability and sales revenue and achieve company category and customer objectives.
- Contribute to the success in strategy considering company priorities and direct and indirect integration of the channel business plan.
- Collaborate with SCM department to develop execute and track customer specific plans (mainly assortment and promotional actions) to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure compliance and execution of customer agreements to maximize results and brand visibility.
- Contribute to the success of our channel strategy always keeping an omnichannel vision to correctly measure the impact on other channels of the company.
Your Profile

Experience:
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in Shopper & Customer Marketing (S&CM) is highly desirable.
- Nice to have: prior experience in Health & Beautyindustry especially in the perfumery sector and 1 to 2 years of account management experience in FMCG sales.
