Mission
As a Project Quality & Safety Manager (PrQSM) you ensure the quality and safety assurance of Development Center projects from design to delivery.
You provide an independent perspective challenge processes and risks and make sure customer satisfaction is aligned with QCD (Quality Cost Delivery) objectives.
Acting as a strategic partner to project managers and technical teams you contribute to delivering robust and reliable solutions that meet the highest standards.
Main responsibilities
- Act as the main Quality & Safety interface with the customer and project teams.
- Define implement and monitor the Project Quality & Safety Plan.
- Prepare and secure Gate Reviews based on verified evidence.
- Identify and manage non-conformities and safety issues lead problem-solving sessions (8D Ishikawa 5 Whys).
- Ensure compliance and quality of project deliverables and modifications (audits inspections validations).
- Drive the REX (Return of Experience) process and foster continuous improvement.
- Support and coach project teams in the application of quality processes.
Profile
- Masters degree.
- 35 years of professional experience ideally in project management or a technical environment (quality experience is an asset but not mandatory).
- Knowledge of quality methods and/or software development is a plus.
- Fluent in English and French.

- Strong analytical mindset able to ask the right questions.
- Assertiveness and ability to say no with diplomacy.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills able to convince without authority.
- Curiosity rigor resilience.
