Mimecast is looking for the Senior Sales Engineer to ensure enterprise security solutions are designed & delivered that will continually delight our customers. You will work alongside the Mimecast Sales teams to develop business value and propositions around Mimecast solutions. You have DNA balanced in three categories: leadership hard-core tech and business acumen. This is a salary & commission-based role reporting to the Director Sales Engineering.
The Incydr Senior Sales Engineer role is accountable for working with business security and IT teams to drive business value from Mimecast products and solutions delivering technical presentations and demos with superior customer focus. You will establish connections and relationships with key decision makers while working alongside the Mimecast core Sales Channel Account Management and Customer Success teams to develop business value around our Incydr solution. The Incydr solution is a key strategic revenue growth lever for Mimecast coming via the acquisition of Code42 in mid 2024. The solution is led and sold by an overlay sales team teaming with the core Mimecast sales leaders and account executives with compensation covered for both teams

What Youll Do
Work closely with Account Executives SEs BDRs Field Marketing CAMs etc. to exceed targets.
Driving through ambiguity and designing compelling solutions that result in sales representing the voice of Incydr to the customer and the voice of the customer to Mimecast.
Drive successful software POV evaluations creating an environment in which prospects become customer and customers become evangelists.
Demonstrate Incydr to CISOs IT Leaders Security Risk/Compliance etc.
This position entails strict adherence to all applicable privacy and security standards and regulations. Responsibilities include the protection of information upholding confidentiality and conducting all activities in alignment with Mimecasts policies.
The ability to travel approximately 30% of the time to regional meetings with prospects customers channel partners ecosystem/integration partners and field marketing events
What Youll Need
5 years experience in SaaS selling preferably in a pre-sales engineering or consulting capacity with a minimum of 3 years supporting delivering or designing enterprise security systems.
Ability to translate technology to solutions that solve business problems to all audiences ranging from technical to executive-level decision makers with persuasive written oral and presentation skills.
OS expertise: Windows MAC and Linux and IT system skills: systems management networking and security.
Change agility and demonstrated success working in a fast growth environmentsolving problems while sustaining good relationships and the ability to work both independently from home as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong understanding of security controls frameworks and practices such as CISSP CCSP CISM and/or CISA preferred.
Fluent in English and Bahasa
Strong knowledge around a minimum of (3) three of the following:
DLP
CASB
EDR
Network Security
The OTE salary range for this position is s$216k -$324k benefits. This reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. This position may also be eligible for incentive plans and other related benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. These factors and individual capabilities will also determine the individual pay offered.
