About the Role
NovaTech Automation is seeking a detail-oriented customer-focused Sales Support Administrator to join our this role youll serve as the vital link between our customers and our internal operations. From processing orders to coordinating with production and shipping your accuracy and commitment to service will ensure we deliver excellence every time.

What Youll Do
Accurately process customer orders into our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics GP).
Troubleshoot and resolve any order discrepancies with a solutions-focused approach.
Provide timely and accurate order acknowledgments ensuring correct pricing and shipment dates.
Generate Bills of Materials and pick lists for the production team.
Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams (production sales and shipping) to monitor or expedite orders.
Represent NovaTech Automations core values: Service Integrity Innovation and Teamwork.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed in support of the team.
What Were Looking For
High school diploma or GED with 24 years of related experience; bachelors degree preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel; ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics GP) a plus.
Strong verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional attention to detail organizational skills and a customer-first mindset.
Familiarity with technical products is a bonus.
