CECs finance team is responsible for the full spectrum of activities relating to accounting internal controls and financial planning and analysis. Over time each team member has the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of activities depending on business need and development interests.

The primary responsibilities of this role include analysis of actual results and development of financial plans and forecasts. Typical deliverables include reporting and analysis related to sales and engine margins operating expenses headcount direct labor hours and effectiveness inventory capital expenditures and manpower capacity planning.

You will work closely with cross-functional departments such as operations quality engineering purchasing and customer service and will have opportunities to interact with members of CECs leadership team in developing plans and forecasts and to identify opportunities to optimize CECs financial performance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Support monthly P&L closing and forecast activities for CEC.

- Coordinate prepare and present variance analyses of key business drivers for performance vs. plan forecast and prior year including leadership briefings.

- Weekly business metrics analysis and explanation.

- Prepare materials for executive meetings including presentations and supporting documents.

- Support the preparation of CECs annual and long-range financial plans.

- Participate in the departments process improvement initiatives using the CORE framework.

Qualifications You Must Have:

- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance and 5 years of experience in accounting or finance; OR an advanced degree in accounting or finance and 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.

- U.S. Citizenshiprequired for program work.

Qualifications We Prefer:

- Experience in OneStream software.

- Experience with FP&A.

- Strong Data Analytics experience.

- Independent motivated and able to manage multiple priorities and influence in a matrix organization.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Able to meet critical deadlines and develop and apply solutions and process improvement.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The salary range for this role is 82000 USD - 164000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
