Employee Benefits Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated book of business handling accounts ranging from 75 to 350 lives (fully insured level-funded and self-funded plans).
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and carriers ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Oversee renewals quoting and RFP processes.
- Conduct evaluations prepare spreadsheets and manage escalations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams including client specialists to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Life & Health (L&H) license required.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in employee benefits account management preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in BenefitPoint AMS360 Salesforce and Outlook.
- Soft Skills: Energetic detail-oriented strong problem-solving abilities excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
- Work Style: Ability to manage day-to-day servicing tasks independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
