Job Summary
We are looking for an IT Operations and Support Lead with experience with Microsoft Azure to join our clients team.

Responsibilities:
- Cloud Ops (Azure): Own subscriptions RBAC Key Vault App Gateway/CDN networking (DNS/TLS/HSTS) and day-to-day environment health.
- IaC & CI/CD: Maintain Bicep/Terraform stacks and CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps). Enforce repeatable auditable releases.
- Observability & Incident Response: Operate App Insights/Log Analytics; define alert rules triage incidents coordinate comms and update the status page.
- Security & Compliance: Implement least-privilege RBAC secrets management SBOM/vulnerability scans audit logging monthly access reviews.
- Cost Governance: Apply tagging policy monitor Azure spend right-size services and keep MoM variance within target.
- Resilience: Own backups/DR; quarterly restore tests; run DR table-tops and full restore rehearsals.
- Support: Run Tier-1/2 support manage the ticket queue and SLAs/CSAT and produce incident & ops reports.
- Vendor & Tooling: Coordinate with cloud/CDN/WAF/DDoS and MSP vendors. Keep runbooks current (deployments DR/backup incidents).
Key Skills:
- Azure administration at scale (subscriptions RBAC Key Vault App Gateway/CDN networking fundamentals).
- IaC with Bicep or Terraform; CI/CD with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
- Monitoring/APM with Application Insights and Log Analytics; incident coordination.
- Security hygiene: secrets management audit logging least-privilege RBAC.
- Scripting with PowerShell and/or Bash; strong runbook writing.
- Hands-on Tier-1/2 support ticket triage SLA reporting and clear incident comms.
