Business Analyst (Banking Finance Technical Background)

Location- Las Vegas NV(Onsite )

Skills And Responsibilities:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field (Masters degree preferred).

Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis and system design.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques (e.g. SQL data modeling).
Experience with requirements management and documentation tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence).
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
