About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator at the Associate Director level to lead medical device contracting within Market Access and Account Management. The role focuses on managing the full contract life cycle including redline negotiations and strategy execution to support partnerships between hospital systems GPOs channels and distribution for medical device products.
Key Responsibilities

Lead redline negotiations with hospitals and customers ensuring alignment on legal and business terms.

Collaborate with National Account Directors Account Executives Marketing Policy Compliance Legal and Pricing teams to implement contracting strategies.

Develop manage and monitor contracts to ensure compliance risk management and alignment with strategic objectives.

Provide oversight on contract terms conditions and pricing strategies to optimize net sales while maintaining compliance.
-
Support execution of customer contracting and market access initiatives across acute hospital settings.
Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree (BA or BS required; MBA or equivalent preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management contract writing and customer contracting.

Strong expertise in contract development review proofreading and negotiation.

Project management skills with ability to prioritize and balance multiple initiatives.

Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Deep knowledge of medical device contracting terms and conditions.

Expertise in managing the contract life cycle across business and legal terms.

Experience with negotiations in acute hospital settings.

Proven ability to develop contract strategy in highly regulated environments.
