Job Summary

To implement the group stakeholder relations strategy and plan aligned to the hospitals growth objectives. The role involves building relationships with Hospital Managers GPs and specialists to understand their needs requirements and priorities to facilitate achievement of my clients goals in the spirit of a win-win partnership. To give direction to the operational stakeholders

Key Work Output and Accountabilities:

  • Create and drive the development of healthy networks between referring and admitting doctors
  • Ensure there is a structured communication protocol
  • Work together with Hospital Managers to improve standards and drive doctor engagement
  • Drive new business development strategies
  • Manage and support Stakeholder Management team across the region
  • Doctor recruitment focus strategies
  • Build Networks with government identities and medical schools
  • Prepare monthly reports on stakeholder relations activities
  • Formulate plans to resolve decreases in referrals
  • Partner with hospitals to drive growth and efficiencies leading by example in positioning the function as a trusted advisor and business partner
  • Work with the Regional Stakeholder Relations Manager to manage analyse data
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiencies and reduce costs without compromising quality of service delivery
  • Provide input into risk identification processes and communicate recommendations in appropriate forums

Inherent Requirements:

  • Minium qualification Relevant degree/diploma
  • Preferred qualification - A bachelors degree in Marketing Health Science or Business Management
  • Minimum of 3 5 years stakeholder relations experience in a medical / hospital environment
  • Flexibility to travel frequent regionally (Own car)
  • Data analysis skills and SAP experience will advantageous
