About the Role

The Site Manager will take full ownership of daily on-site activities ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on role requiring an energetic leader who thrives on being present directing people and getting things done.

Key Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager in luxury residential developments
Strong energetic and highly hands-on leadership style
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams
Experience using MS Project for scheduling and reporting
Strong understanding of construction processes and site operations
Stable work history with verifiable references

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day site operations across all disciplines (plumbing electrical building finishes)
Provide direct leadership and instructions to site teams contractors and subcontractors
Monitor schedules and track progress using MS Project
Enforce quality and safety standards on site
Resolve problems swiftly to minimise disruption and delays
Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and aligned with luxury quality expectations
Drive accountability and performance across all site teams
