Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Intern at Home of Performance in Colombo. The Creative Intern will be involved in day-to-day tasks related to creativity motion design and video production. You will work on various projects to support the agencys marketing initiatives.

We are seeking a creative and motivated intern to join our Creative team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your design and video production career while gaining hands-on experience in creating engaging visual content. You will work closely with our team to develop content that effectively communicates messages through animation and design.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating high-quality motion graphics for various projects.
Ensure content is aligned with project objectives and brand guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
Quality-check work under supervision before sharing internally.
Follow internal processes for file management and documentation.
Be responsive and available during work hours on communication platforms.

Requirements:

Proficiency in English is a must.
A strong passion for design and motion graphics.
Familiarity with industry-standard software like Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects Premiere Pro etc.).
Some experience with motion graphics or video editing through coursework personal projects or internships.
A portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
Understanding of colour typography and video optimization is a plus.
Positive attitude critical thinking and willingness to learn from feedback.
