Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seekingRadiologic Technologist - MRI (Community)for an exciting Traveljob inSyracuse NY.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MRI and radiographic exams as directed by radiologists.
Greet and prepare patients clearly explaining imaging procedures.
Accurately position patients and apply appropriate exposure settings for high-quality imaging.
Ensure strict adherence to radiation protection and safety standards.
Operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment as needed.
Process images and enter data into the Radiology Information System (RIS) for documentation and billing.
Follow department protocols and procedures.
Support departmental coverage including shift flexibility PTO coverage and occasional holiday/weekend needs if applicable.

Qualifications:

Education:Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) in Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
Licensure:Active NYS license/registration in Radiologic Technology.
Experience:Minimum1 year of experienceinCT/MRI as a radiologic technologist.
Other Requirements:Must complete a pre-employment health clearance successfully.
