The Role:

Compile and audit revenue records and control documents. Prepare reports for all areas of casino operations.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a pleasant friendly and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal customers at all times.
Consolidate shift reports for all areas of casino operations.
Verify soft count deposits.
Audit and account for all control documents and prepare exception reports for all errors.
Review compile and report W2G information.
Ensure security of customer financial information.
Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities.
Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
Ensure the safety and security of all customers and team members.
Comply with all policies and procedures established by Ballys Kansas City Casino and departmental management.
Other duties as assigned or any reasonable request from any member of management.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or GED is required.
2 years of accounting experience or equivalent education is preferred.
Must obtain and maintain Missouri Gaming Commission occupational license.
Appropriate use of office equipment including personal computer telephone with voice mail system fax machine 10-key calculator and photocopier.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Must be able to work any assigned shift including late nights weekends holidays and overtime.
Read write and understand moderately complex instructions including Internal Controls.
Communicate appropriately with all casino customers casino departments and fellow team members.
Understand and adhere to all Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and any other applicable federal state and/or local regulations.
Accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume fast-paced environment under frequent time pressures.
