Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who enjoys helping others and wants a flexible job with purpose Guardian Home Care of NH is hiring LPNs to provide in-home care and support to seniors and individuals throughout southern New Hampshire.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Providing medication reminders and administration per care plan

• Supporting clients with personal care such as bathing dressing and grooming

• Monitoring client condition and reporting changes to supervisors and care teams

• Assisting with light housekeeping meal preparation and safe mobility

• Offering companionship and emotional support

• Documenting care provided in accordance with company standards

Who You Are:

• Active NH Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

• 18 years or older

• High school graduate or equivalent

• Have reliable transportation

• Able to pass a background check (NH State & BEAS Registry)

• Home care experience preferred but if youre dependable compassionate and ready to make a difference we want to hear from you!
