Job Description
SUMMARY
Seasonal Admissions Application Readers will review and evaluate applications for undergraduate admission utilizing established criteria and professional judgment. Other projects related to applicants may be assigned. This seasonal position is from September through May with a maximum of 27 hours per week.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Review and evaluate undergraduate admissions applications utilizing established criteria and professional judgment to render a high volume of decisions.
Answer and effectively resolve address admissions email and phone inquiries as assigned.
Participate in all comprehensive training and customer service programs as assigned.
Demonstrate the ability to exercise keen judgment and discretion.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Prepare written/email correspondence in the course of official duties.
Execute outbound calls SMS or emails to applicants as assigned.
Maintain essential records paperwork and application files in a confidential thorough manner.
Complete other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Bachelors degree required.
Must demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills attention to detail analytic skills good judgment and time management skills.
Must maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Preferred:
Prior experience in admission and higher education.
Prior experience using Slate and/or Banner
Prior experience reviewing international applications.

Salary Range
