TheCustomer Operations Representativewill work alongside the Account Managers and Customer Sales Representatives in moving freight from one place to another as easily and painless as possible for both our customers and motor carriers. What will you do as aCustomer Operations Representative - Accurately accept load tenders and build shipments into Backhaul Directs proprietary software Grapevine TMS
- Accept tenders via EDI and certify that the load information is correct once imported into the Grapevine TMS
- Coordinate loads to be picked up and delivered utilizing your customer service skills via phone or email along with using the customers scheduling system(s)
- Set appointments for pickup and delivery on each transaction (load) as required
- Work with your team and Backhaul Direct staff to come up with innovated ways to grow and improve accounts
What qualifications do you need to be considered for aCustomer Operations Representative - Bachelors degree highly desired
- Previous customer service experience preferred specifically in the transportation industry a plus
- Self-motivated with a positive and learning/growth attitude
- Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
