• Memory Care Support: Provide compassionate care and redirection for clients with dementia or Alzheimers.
  
  
• Daily Living Assistance: Help with bathing grooming dressing mobility and hygiene.
  
  
• Medication Reminders: Support clients in managing medication routines.
  
  
• Meal Prep & Nutrition: Assist with meal planning and preparation to support well-being.
  
  
• Companionship & Engagement: Encourage conversations activities and social interaction.
  
  
• Health Monitoring: Observe document and report any changes in condition.
  
  

• Prior experience in memory care (Alzheimers dementia or related conditions).
  
  
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  
  
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
  
  
• Compassion patience and excellent communication skills.
  
  
• Ability to follow care plans and work as part of a team.
