Securitas is looking to hire Event Security Supervisor(s) for our Part time Events Security at the Prudential Center Arena.

Pay: $24.00 / hr

Scheduling: Part time
Candidates must have open availability to be considered for the position.
No set schedule.
Weekdays and weekends are required.
Days off vary

Responsibilities

The Part-Time Event Security Supervisor position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client sites on assigned shifts
Observes and reports activities and incidents providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel
Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel visitors and premises
The Part-Time Event Security Supervisor maintains the security and safety of the client site by supporting and providing their Security Officers clear guidance and leadership

Strongly encourage candidates that have RPO /Law Enforcement supervisory experience of at least 4 years or more.

The ideal candidate will provide customer service and information to aclients employees and customers and serve as a physical deterrent. Helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives

Job Requirements:

Have prior Security Supervisor experience NO less than 2- 4 years Supervisor experience is needed to be considered.
Demonstrate the ability to responding to emergency or stressful situations.
Must have a flexible schedule including weekends evenings and holidays.
Ability to stand for long periods of time and climb or descend stairs occasional running or sprinting.
Ability to work in outside elements including hot cold and wet weather.
Responsible for crowd management issues during events.
Have a HS diploma or GED.
Have a verifiable work history.
Have a reliable means of transportation.
Able to meet state licensing requirements.
Must possess or willing to obtain a valid NJ State Security SORA license.
