For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

At least 5 years of professional experience as a SAP Consultant specifically in HR and Payroll projects.
Practical experience implementing payroll solutions with SAP SuccessFactors as the primary platform.
Previous work with Meta4 is highly valued due to the migration scope of the role.
Familiarity with Workday is considered an additional asset.
Proficiency in both English and Portuguese (minimum B2 level).
Willingness to work in a hybrid model based in Lisbon (Alfragide) with on-site presence 23 days per week
