The assignment will be with the Real Estate and Infrastructure (RE&I) sector team. This is a global team with people in more then 15 countries across the globe. RE&I has commercial real estate specialists in all major commercial real estate markets globally (a.o. Australia US UK Spain NL France Germany Hong Kong etc.). Within Infrastructure the teamsupports infrastructure funds and investors developers and other parties seeking to build own and/or operate infrastructure assets globally. The Infra business is done from 5 locations
(Australia UK US Spain and Belgium).
As an intern you will work with the Regulatory Projects and Operations team to analyze the commercial effectiveness of the REI coverage organization.

Coverage Organization
Objective: The objective of this assignment is for the student to analyze the commercial effectiveness of the REI coverage organization. The intern will
assess the current stance use relevant theories to identify opportunities for
optimization and provide recommendations for changes that would improve commercial effectiveness. While the coverage organization is currently
functioning well there is an urgency to address the limited resources (people) available. The growth plans are ambitious and it is crucial to ensure that the
organization can meet these goals effectively. This makes the interns role even more significant in identifying areas for improvement and supporting the business management team in achieving their objectives.
