Personal Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and dynamic Personal Lines Producer to join a growing team.
Compensation Package
- Compensation: $50000 base (depending on experience) commissions

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust book of business by selling personal lines insurance products.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional service and support to clients.
- Utilize Applied Epic software and Microsoft Suite to manage accounts and streamline processes.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied Epic software is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Friendly warm and welcoming demeanor; self-motivated go-getter with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Work Ethic: Strong sales acumen with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
