MASONRY CONTRACTOR NEEDED FOR PROJECT

Multi-Family Project in New Albany Indiana

Were looking for an experienced Brick Layer:

Scope of Work

Have 23 old through-the-wall style wall air conditioning units that my maintenance staff will remove (units are disconnected and non-operational) 10 are right at ground level and 13 are about 7-8 ft off ground.
Need to get the openings re-bricked with a similar matching brick
Happy to provide materials or you can get materials
Can work with contractor to accommodate schedule could knock out all at once or do little by little.
Pay weekly submit invoice by 5 pm Wednesday and check available 2 pm Friday.

Requirements:

Must have valid W-9

Must carry liability insurance

Must have solid experience with multi-trade remodels

Will pay by the hour or per job

Project has started need help as soon as possible
